Credimed is a claim preparation and submission support service. We help US PPO members prepare and submit out-of-network reimbursement claims for dental work performed by licensed providers in Mexico.
We act as your limited claims representative, with your written authorization, solely for the purpose of preparing and submitting your claim based on the information you provide.
Names of insurers, clinics, or third parties are used solely for identification purposes and do not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation.
The estimates shown on credimed.us are based on publicly available average PPO out-of-network allowed amounts and typical coinsurance ranges.
Estimates are illustrative only and do not constitute a guarantee, prediction, or warranty of reimbursement.
Actual reimbursement amounts are determined solely by your insurer and may vary significantly.

Subject to the terms of the Service Agreement, Credimed offers a conditional refund of the service fee if:
Eligibility for refund is determined by Credimed in good faith based on claim data, insurer responses, and plan rules.
The guarantee applies only to the Credimed service fee and does not cover any portion of your dental expenses.

"Filed within 24 hours" refers to the time between payment confirmation and transmission of the claim to the insurer.
This is a service target, not a guarantee.
Actual timing may vary due to:
Insurer processing times (typically 14–45 days for out-of-network claims) are outside Credimed's control.
Dental receipts may be issued in Mexican pesos (MXN). Credimed converts amounts to USD using the Bank of Mexico FIX rate on the date of service.
Insurers may apply different exchange rates, including internal rates or adjudication-date rates.
Credimed does not control the exchange rate applied by your insurer.
Credimed handles Protected Health Information (PHI) in accordance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA).
Where applicable, Credimed acts as a Business Associate under executed Business Associate Agreements.
