1. What we doCredimed prepares and submits your dental insurance reimbursement claim on your behalf, and follows up until it's resolved.
2. What it costsStandard plan: 15% of any refund you receive. Premium plan: $29 upfront + 10% on success. If your insurance doesn't pay, you owe us nothing.
3. When we get paidOur fee is collected only after your insurance refund is confirmed — never before. Payment is processed securely through Stripe.
4. Acting on your behalfYou authorize Credimed to contact your insurer, request claim status updates, and manage communication related to your claim. We act as your advocate throughout the process.
5. Keeping us informedIf you receive a reimbursement directly from your insurer, please let us know by messaging us on WhatsApp or email so we can close your case and calculate our fee.
6. No guaranteeWe work hard on every claim, but insurance approval depends on your insurer. We cannot guarantee a specific outcome.
7. DisputesIf you have any concerns about our service or a charge, contact us at support@credimed.us, call us at (617) 803-3831, or reach us on WhatsApp. We'll make it right.
